New Construction & Additions

Metal Roofing

- Ribbed metal roofing panels secured with metal roofing screws
- Ridge caps, end caps, roof-to-wall metal and new pipe flashings
Flat & Low-Slope Roofing
Low-slope roofs need different materials than shingles. We use self-adhering roll roofing and membranes made for slopes that drain slowly.
- Damaged sheathing replaced
- Ice and water shield over the roof surface
- Self-adhering, granular-surfaced roll roofing on flat and low-slope sections
- Transitions into the sloped roof flashed and sealed
