Flat & Low-Slope Roofing

Low-slope roofs need different materials than shingles. We use self-adhering roll roofing and membranes made for slopes that drain slowly.

What’s included

  • Damaged sheathing replaced
  • Ice and water shield over the roof surface
  • Self-adhering, granular-surfaced roll roofing on flat and low-slope sections
  • Transitions into the sloped roof flashed and sealed

How we work

Every job is backed by our five-year workmanship guarantee. Murray Roofing carries liability insurance, and our employees are covered by workers’ compensation insurance.

Every job starts with a written proposal that spells out the work, the materials and the price, along with when payment is due. Request a free estimate and we will set up a time to look at your roof.

Flat & Low-Slope Roofing FAQ

Can shingles go on a low-slope roof?

Not reliably. Below a certain pitch, water can back up under shingles, so low-slope areas need roll roofing or a membrane.
